My name is Kate and I work at Off The Rails Tattoo Studio in South East London. I mostly do black and grey work and have a special interest in hybrid realism, however, I’m versatile and do all styles.

I’ve always been fascinated with tattoos, the way they look, and how they can shape a person. In hindsight, it was something I was always going to do - in secondary school I would bring a huge pack of skin-friendly pens to school and give my friends full-sleeve “tattoos”. I originally wanted to become a tattoo artist to find a way to be creative in my career and to work closely with clients. But I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t surprised how much I fell in love with it. The tattoo industry has completely absorbed me and I can honestly say it’s the first thing I think about when I wake up, and usually the thing that keeps me up drawing at 2am on a weeknight.

I’m incredibly passionate about my career and ensure I give each client’s tattoo my full enthusiasm. I never discriminate and will never judge your ideas. I will work closely with you to achieve your tattoo vision. I will do my best to accommodate your individual needs and my tattoo chair is a safe space for you to be whilst you listen to music, talk about problems, or stay silent if you wish.
